Earning Commissions as a Travel Agent with Levarti

At Levarti, we believe in empowering travel agents to maximize their earnings and build thriving businesses. By offering 100% commission payouts, Levarti sets itself apart from other host agencies and provides unmatched opportunities for agents to succeed in the travel industry.

Maximizing Your Earnings with Levarti

Levarti ensures that agents receive the full commission amount, helping them keep more of what they earn. By partnering with top suppliers, Levarti offers competitive rates and unmatched income potential.

How Travel Agents Earn Income

Travel agents primarily earn income through commissions paid by travel suppliers. These commissions are a percentage of the total cost of travel services booked, such as cruises, hotels, all-inclusive resorts, tours, and vacation packages.

Commissionable Travel Bookings

Agents can earn commissions across various travel categories, including:
  • Hotels and Resorts: Up to 10%–15% of the booking cost for individual stays or package deals.
  • Cruises: 10%–16% on the base fare of ocean and river cruises.
  • Vacation Packages and Tours: 10%–20% on bundled bookings including accommodations, flights, and excursions.
  • Travel Insurance: Up to 20%–35% of the policy premium, depending on the supplier.

Non-Commissionable Travel Components

Certain travel components do not typically earn commissions, such as:
  • Standalone Flights: Flights booked separately are usually non-commissionable unless included as part of a package with a hotel, cruise, or tour.
  • Taxes and Fees: These are excluded from commission calculations.

Payment Process and Timelines

  1. Travel Must Have Been Completed: Advisor commissions are typically paid 30-60 days after travel completes.
  2. Commissions Must Be Received From the Supplier: Payment from the Supplier must be received by Levarti before Advisor can receive payment.
  3. Advisor Payment: Levarti processes advisor payouts approximately 15 days after the close of the payment month.
  4. Minimum Threshold: A minimum of $25 in commission may be required for payout; smaller amounts roll over to the next month.
  5. Commission Payments: All earned commissions are processed and deposited into your Mass Pay account after reconciliation. Agents must ensure that all required booking details are submitted via the Manual Bookings Form in their Levarti Agent Dashboard to facilitate proper tracking and payment. Once commissions are deposited into Mass Pay, agents have full control over withdrawals and transfers.
